Ctivity: We provide professional engineering proposal based on customers’ drawing or idea before starting the project.
Support：We are equipped with 8 engineers with over 5 experiences and skiiled in software like solidworks, proe, UG，and CAD
Activity：We provide DFM and mold flow to customer to approve before starting the tool.
Support：We have our own tool dpt, equipped with 3 EDM and 1 set medium-feeding wire-cut machine and 3 sets CNC and 6 workers with over 8 years’ expediences.
Activity：We will test the tool by die casting and sampling including machining and surface finish and dimension check.
Support：Our die cast workshop is equipped with 11 sets die casting machines, size ranging from 280Ton to 800Ton. Our tooling making ability can cover max 2000Ton die casting project. Our own CNC workshop is equipped with 20 sets including 10 sets milling machines and 10sets turning machines. We are also equipped with polishing dpt(10 person) and drilling and tapping dpt (20 persion) and deburring dpt (30 person) . We have long term cooperation with material and surface finish supplier , we do test report and SGS report for each batch of material. All above will fully ensure lead time and quality of customer PO.
OEM Process
Step 1 : We make some modification on customer provided 3D drawings if necessary.
Step 2 : We make quotation based on the drawing to customer.
Step 3 : Customer provides tool PO to us.
Step 4 : We design the tool and make mold flow and DFM for customer to approve before start the tool.
Step 5 : We start the tool based on our tool schedule.
Step 6 : We test the tool by die casting.
Step 7 : We finish machining( polishing, cnc machining, drilling, tapping and surface finish) of the products based on drawing and customers’ request.
Step 8 : We do FAI report and send samples to customer for approval.
Step 9 : After customer approval to the samples, we make production. Outgoing report will be provided before ship out.
